Dr. Deb Majewski
LCPC, NCC
Deb is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has been in practice since 2004. She is the owner of Balance Counseling & Wellness and is currently employed as a professor of Counselor Education at a local university.
She believes people have inherent value and the ability to be well. Her goal is to help you regain your equilibrium. She does this by working with you to understand the process that brought you to this place in order to identify areas that if changed, will lead to greater life satifaction.

Cynthia Coffey
LPC
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional, mental, and life challenges in a supportive and compassionate environment.
My approach is holistic, client-centered, and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy to help clients recognize unhealthy thought patterns, heal deep-rooted emotional wounds, and develop healthier ways of thinking, coping, and relating to themselves and others.
I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I strive to help clients reconnect with their strengths, find hope in difficult seasons, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Patti Ahern
LPC
Patti is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Previously, Patti worked as a newspaper and magazine freelance writer, a career that taught her the value of listening carefully.
Patti blends person-centered counseling with cognitive behavior therapy, and is interested in depression, anxiety, addiction, and the LGBTQ community, including family members.
She cares deeply about her clients, and listens carefully. She truly wants to know the issues and thoughts that you choose to share with her.

Leah is a Master's Level clinician working toward licensure under supervision.
She believes that through love and patience anything is possible. If everyone had someone to walk with them through this journey we call life and listen the world would be a better place. Deidra Pittman

Vanessa Suchecki
LPC, RN
Vanessa is a Licensed Professional Counselor who previously worked as a registered oncology nurse for over 25 years. She enjoys working from a CBT lens but also utilizes more of an integrative approach. You can also expect some narrative therapy and mindfulness techniques as well.
Being aware of how our decisions can impact entire family systems, she utilizes a culturally sensitive approach and works together with the client to find solutions and set goals based on what is important to them.
Vanessa is especially passionate about helping clients through major life stressors and transitions such as cancer and related diagnoses, caregiving, retirement and career change.
Helping clients build self-awareness and personal growth by challenging the negative thoughts that can make our day-to-day seem so much more difficult, is all a part of her role as an empathetic, supportive and compassionate therapist. Vanessa’s goal is to meet you where you are without judgment and help you work towards where you would like to be.

MA
Krystal is a Master's level clinician working toward licensure under supervision.
She is offering herself as a vessel used to share the love of God through compassion. She believes that life can be beautiful and life can embody pain.
